From the A4 turn off at the A4/A363 'Batheaston bypass' roundabout onto the A363 (Bradford-on-Avon). Bathford is the first turn on the left, about 50 yards past the Railway viaduct, by 'The Crown Inn'. The road is signposted to Kingsdown.

Go straight up Bathford Hill, the turning for the ground is about 200 yds, on the left just before the Post Office and opposite to Church St. Go down the metalled track, between the high stone walls, and park neatly in the car park at the end. The building in front of you is the Avonvale R.C./Bathford C.C. club house.
